We utilize a relatively unleveraged search model in that a senior member of the firm leads every engagement and handles all candidate identification, assessment and references, and all client interaction. A search is never handed off to a junior staff member to execute. We partner with our industry practice groups to bring additional industry and functional knowledge when needed.
