Sarah Juarez is a member of the firm’s Consumer Goods and Services Practice, focusing on the restaurant, beauty, retail, and hospitality sectors.
She has successfully conducted CEO, CFO, COO, and president-level searches with Fortune 500 clients, drawing from core business functions in management and finance. She also specializes in chief marketing officers across industries and their reports beyond the executive suite in branding, insights, innovation, and advertising. She joined RSR Partners in 2013 from Russell Reynolds Associates and began her career in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles.
Sarah holds a law degree from Georgetown University and earned an undergraduate degree from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business. She also studied management at the University of Cape Town, South Africa and completed the Comparative Strategic Management Program at the University of Oxford.
Before becoming an executive recruiter, Sarah performed a legal clerkship with the Maryland District Court.
Sarah lives in Manhattan with her husband, Orlando, and their daughter.
