Bruce Robertson is a Managing Director and Head of the firm’s CFO practice and Co-Head of the Marketing, Consumer and Hospitality Practices. He focuses on C-suite and board assignments for an array of clients, including companies backed by private equity firms.
Previously, Mr. Robertson was a Managing Partner and Head of the North American CMO Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Over the past 30 years, he has been a leader in the executive search industry and has counseled chairmen, presidents and CEOs on a wide range of talent and leadership issues. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Bruce was a Managing Director at TMP and Norman Broadbent Associates, where he was instrumental in launching its U.S. operations and leading the London-based firm to compete globally.
After graduating from The University of Pittsburgh, Bruce gained industry experience with Allstate Insurance Company, EDS and Prudential Bache. Beyond the workplace, Bruce has been a member of a number of charitable and civic boards.
