How I Deliver Impact
One of the first things I learned in executive search was candidate and client care. Fostering relationships within the pipeline of candidates will deliver impact for the client, which is to find the right person for the job. I try to establish meaningful relationships with every person touched on the search, from industry experts to prospects to candidates.
It is really important to treat prospects, candidates, and sources with the utmost respect. Candidate and client care delivers impact because RSR Partners strives to provide each and every client the best service, from the kick-off call to the offer letter.
Expertise I Bring to the Firm’s Clients
I joined the executive search world when I joined RSR Partners in September of 2014. I began as a research analyst, primarily focused in the hospitality and leisure industry. I assisted a majority of the firm’s managing directors in candidate development, market research, and industry insights. Before I started in search, I was a coordinator at AERIN LLC, a luxury lifestyle brand founded by Aerin Lauder.
I graduated from the University of Richmond with a dual bachelor’s degree in world politics and diplomacy and French studies.
Life Outside RSR Partners
I live in New York City with my husband Drew. We love spending time outdoors in Central Park with our puppy. I enjoy trying the many new restaurants and fitness studios that New York has to offer. On the weekends, we love to escape to the beach, travel to new cities, and visit family in New England.
