Role at RSR Partners
Nick serves as the firm’s chief operating officer. In this capacity, he operationalizes the strategy of the firm, manages its global infrastructure, and oversees administrative functions to enhance the firm’s clients and candidates’ experience.
Experience and Expertise
His experience encompasses a broad range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, risk management, hospitality, technology, industrial, and non-profit organizations. Previously, Nick was with Kroll, Marsh, and, most recently, Alliant Insurance Services, where he advised clients on identifying and mitigating corporate risk and implementing innovative employee benefits strategies for multinational corporations, private companies, law firms, private equity funds, and family offices. His focus is on senior-level assignments for financial services, healthcare, industrial, technology, and innovation companies. Earlier in his career, Nick served as a vice president at both Marsh and Kroll. At Marsh, he advised clients with an array of risk management and human capital strategies and solutions. While at Kroll, he worked on a variety of engagements, including investigations, due diligence, security services, and crisis management assignments. Prior, Nick created marketing and sales and strategies for new products and technologies and managed strategic partnerships for Duracell, a division of Gillette.
Outside RSR Partners
Nick is a graduate of Lake Forest College in Chicago, Illinois and he earned his MBA from Columbia University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children either on the water or exploring. He also enjoys long distance cycling and any activity on the water or in the mountains. As a volunteer, his primary focus is being an active member of the Executive Committee of the Stamford Hospital Foundation. Since 2009, Nick has been chairman of Hope in Motion, the hospital’s year-round fundraising initiative for its Bennett Cancer Center. Hope in Motion’s signature event is the largest walk, run, and ride in Connecticut, with over 5,000 participants.
