Christopher serves the firm’s energy and environment clients. In this capacity, he recruits transformational leaders and provides strategic talent advisory services to companies and organizations in the oil and natural gas, chemicals, mining, commodities, agriculture, and environmental fields.
Experience and Expertise
He previously was a member of the firm’s corporate team, as well as a consultant in the firm’s Board Recruiting Practice. Prior to joining the Board Recruiting Practice, he worked as an associate and senior associate in the office of the firm’s founder and chairman, Russell Reynolds. Most recently, he worked for one of the largest independent public affairs firms in the U.S., where he managed relationship development and strategic, crisis, and litigation communication efforts. Specializing in energy, chemical, and environmental issues, he provided strategic counsel to a U.S. multi-national oil and natural gas company and commodity producers in Central and Southeast Asia, including an Indonesian-based conglomerate. Earlier, Christopher worked at The White House Council on Environmental Quality and a global public relations firm, representing the American Petroleum Institute.
Outside RSR Partners
Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in international affairs from The George Washington University. He is a young fellow of The Morgan Library & Museum in New York, a Bison Circle member of the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Wyoming, and a President’s Council member of Chaminade High School in New York. He enjoys rowing, golf, squash, and backgammon, traveling in Latin America, and reading psychiatry. A native of New York, after six years at the company’s headquarters in Connecticut, he currently splits his time between Washington, DC and New York.
