My Role at RSR Partners
I serve as a principal in the firm’s Industrial Technology and Innovation Practice, where I focus my time on both classic industrial supply chain, operations, and general management, as well as digital disruption, data analytics, and information security. My goal is to find leaders for today who will help prepare my clients to address the challenges of tomorrow.
How I Deliver Impact
By assessing candidates’ abilities to think strategically about how their own industry and function are evolving, I can find the right cultural fit, one who is thinking about the current and future challenges of my client’s business. The best candidates bring a perspective on how the world is evolving, and how change impacts their work on both a macro- and micro-level. Adaptability is key.
Expertise I Bring to the Firm’s Clients
I bring a mix of industry experience and consulting to RSR Partners. Prior to joining the firm in early 2017, I spent seven years at another global executive search firm serving as a key member of its Supply Chain, Corporate Officers, and Cyber Security Practices. Before getting into search, I worked at Sikorsky Aircraft (then part of United Technologies Corporation), where I led program and financial planning for multi-billion dollar U.S. military and international customers in the Middle East, South America, and Asia. I earned my bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and a master’s degree in finance and economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
Life Outside RSR Partners
In addition to my consulting career, I serve as an editor and featured writer at SB Nation’s Beyond the Box Score and as a contributing columnist to The Hardball Times. My wife Gina and I are actively involved with the Stamford Symphony, where we partner with the board of directors to drive young professional engagement.
