Role at RSR Partners
Steve serves as a principal in the firm’s Industrial Technology and Innovation Practice. In this capacity, he focuses on both classic industrial supply chain, operations, and general management, as well as digital disruption, data analytics, and information security.
Experience and Expertise
Prior to joining the firm, he spent seven years with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he helped build the firm’s Global Automotive and Cyber Security Practices. He also served as a member of both the firm’s Corporate Officers and Supply Chain Practices working for both public and private equity clients. Prior, Steve worked at Sikorsky Aircraft (then part of United Technologies Corporation), where he led operations and financial planning for multi-billion contracts for the U.S military and key international customers in the Middle East, Asia, and South America.
Outside RSR Partners
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and a master’s degree in finance and economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. In addition to his consulting career, he serves as an editor and featured writer at SB Nation’s Beyond the Box Score and as a contributing columnist to The Hardball Times. Steve and his wife Gina live in Fairfield, Connecticut. They are actively involved with the Stamford Symphony, where they partner with the board of directors to drive young professional engagement.
