How I Deliver Impact
One of the things we point to that has driven a 98% “stick rate” based on two-year measurement (i.e., the percentage of recruited executives who stay in their jobs) is that we are not selling anything to anyone. We are mining, assessing, understanding and applying strategic talent to organizations to drive sustainable impact. Industries are being shaken; some organizations are not entirely sure what business they are in.
Now more than ever precision is needed to find and unleash the right talent, especially at the top. It is like shooting a bullet with a bullet. There are many factors to consider and I have found it is important to resist the temptation to overly rely on any one thing. It is a combination of factors at exactly the right time that yields transformation in organizations. What we do is nuanced, intricate, and future-oriented. Assessing, parsing, and applying proven tools and processes – measuring the metrics – is how we drive and accelerate impact.
Expertise I Bring to the Firm’s Clients
I grew up from the ground up in luxury retail and migrated to professional services, focusing on human resources administration and operations. I have held leadership roles in one of the fastest growing businesses within the firm and led quality, learning, and recruiting for various client teams. Throughout my career, I have had a front-row seat to understand the significant role talent plays in organizations, especially when it comes to how human capital can drive and cultivate growth, margin, market share, and brand.
I hold a bachelor of arts degree from Gordon College. And I served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Stony Brook School from 2008 until 2012.
