Role at RSR Partners
Lindsay serves as chief of the staff for the firm, where she helps drive its business activity while overseeing the operations of the firm. In this capacity, she improves productivity, ensures alignment with the firm’s immediate and long-term objectives, and champions the firm’s culture. She also leads the execution of strategies developed by the firm’s senior leadership team and supports the firm’s managing directors and principals in their efforts to win new business and develop client relationships. Lindsay also provides a forum and mechanism for employees to exchange ideas on how to be more effective and efficient in their respective roles and with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Experience and Expertise
Prior to joining RSR Partners, she served as a trusted advisor to the Strategic Client Committee at Latham & Watkins, one of the world’s highest-grossing law firms, regarding client relationship management and the potential to institutionalize and grow the firm’s client base in desired markets. In addition to Latham & Watkins, Lindsay held marketing and business development positions at global law firms Shearman & Sterling and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Lindsay began her career in public relations and B2B marketing roles, and, after earning her JD, worked at Merrill Lynch before moving into legal marketing. She has more than 17 years of experience in account management, business development, communications, and marketing.
Outside RSR Partners
Lindsay earned her JD from Syracuse University College of Law and her BA from Hamilton College. She is a member of the Legal Marketing Association’s Northeast Board, acting as liaison to the Northeast Programming Regional Working Group. Lindsay lives with her husband, three children, and two dogs in Greenwich, Connecticut. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and playing sports with her family.
