PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USE

RSR Partners is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its website visitors, consistent with the applicable laws of the United States and Connecticut. We welcome visitors to our site and provide the following assurances to make them feel comfortable with our practices.

What We Know About You
We do NOT automatically capture any personal information about you other than what you specifically provide to us. If you wish us to respond to your feedback, please provide your Email Address and/or phone number.

Domain Names and IP Addresses
Domain names identify the name of the domain from which you access the Internet (e.g., gmail.com if you are connecting from Google/Gmail, or us.gov if from a U.S. Government domain). A static IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you enter the web. Web servers identify your computer by its IP address. Our web server recognizes visitor domain names and IP addresses, but not any other personal identifiers. We use domain names and IP addresses to measure, in aggregate, information regarding which, when and how many of our pages are accessed. By using this information, we can improve the content of our web pages and make our website more useful to our clients and other visitors. Again, individual visitors remain anonymous and no personal information is captured.

Using Cookies
RSR Partners uses “cookies” (a small text file placed on a visitor’s computer hard drive to help us determine information such as the type of content to which a visitor to the site links, and the length of time each visitor spends at any particular area of the site). RSR Partners cookies are only read by RSR Partners servers and are unable to execute any code or virus. We and our service providers use the information for security and tracking purposes, to facilitate navigation, display information more effectively and to personalize your experience while visiting our website. We also gather statistical information about the visitors to our website in order to continually improve the design and experience.

If you do not wish to accept these cookies, please disable them by following the instructions in http://www.allaboutcookies.org/manage-cookies/ or by changing your browser settings so that cookies from this website cannot be placed on your computer or mobile device.

The Information We Collect
As an Executive Search Firm, we collect a variety of personal data necessary to provide such services. Our database is only accessible to RSR Partners’ employees. Personal information may include: career, history, education, compensation, contact information and your CV. It is not our policy to seek or retain sensitive information unless required for recruitment purposes. Sensitive information may include data related to ethnic origin, race, credit history or criminal records. By emailing or sharing your information with RSR Partners you grant us consent to store this information in our database, allowing RSR Partners to disclose this information and to be considered, when appropriate, for our executive and board searches or assessment services. If you object to your information being shared and transferred in such manner, RSR Partners will be unable to provide you the services described on our website, since employment, educational and other personal information is necessary in order to assess your background with regard to our retained executive and board searches.

Disclosure to Clients
In conducting our searches, we may disclose your personal information to clients who have engaged our services. In order to present you as a potential candidate to our clients, RSR Partners typically will share your CV and other information to the clients who have engaged RSR Partners and to designated client personnel. Assessment and other personal information collected by our Managing Directors or provided by our client may be maintained in our database to which our personnel will have access both during and after the conclusion of our assignment.

Who Utilizes the Data You Provide to Us
Any data you provide to us is used exclusively by RSR Partners. It is not sold to third parties. If you provide us with personal information, that data becomes part of our in-house secure and safe file environment. Employee access to customer information is restricted and limited to a need to know basis.
